Where: Wyevale Garden Centre / Dates & Times Vary Depending on Activity
Wyevale Garden Centre is always filled with family fun events and Halloween half term is sure to be bursting at the seams with spooktacular fun! Join in at the Haunted Heather planting and decorate your spooky pot, or design and create your very own spider finger puppet and some frightful paper plate friends! Don’t forget to go to the Halloween Party with delicious chocolate dipped apples, as well as a spooky trail to follow and other spooktacular activities, there will be pumpkin carving and phantom lanterns that you can create too!

Where: The Eden Project / When: 20th Oct – 4th Nov / Times: 9.30am – 6pm
A brand new Halloween event at The Eden Project, with a world sure to be filled with magical beasts and creatures waiting for you to discover them, including the roaming creatures and the dare to enter dangerous animal zone where you can take on a variety of challenges to help discover an antidote to save another adventurer! There will also be large pumpkin displays and monstrous tales to enjoy, and don’t forget to don your best fancy dress outfit for the Little Monsters’ Ball Halloween Disco on Saturday 27th October!
appleby festival of fire & light
Where: Appleby Castle / When: 28th Oct / Times: 5.30pm – 9pm
Take part in the lantern procession at 6pm, starting at Market Square and walking to the beautiful Appleby Castle. At the castle you can enjoy lots of spooky activities, live street performances and wonderful circus performances!
