Woolley Loop

The Woolley Loop is a nice, easy trail that is under 5km and takes no longer than an hour and a half to complete. Overall, the trail goes along quiet roads throughout the village and along some woodland areas and farmland. It’s a great countryside walk just a short drive away from the resort.

Bude Canal Trail

This circular trail takes you along the Bude Canal in Cornwall. Starting in Bude you will head South along the canal tow path, through the Bude Marshes Local Nature Reserve and other nature areas. It’s a peaceful and picturesque walk that doesn’t take too much time to complete.

Welcombe Beach Circular

With the Welcombe Beach Circular you can enjoy exploring parts of the woods near Strawberry Waters and incredible sea views along the coastal path. It’s a short loop which is perfect to add into your day if you are heading to the Welcombe Beach area of Cornwall during your holiday.

The Milford to Speke walk is an out and back style route that takes you through the valley along Mill Leet to the Speke Mill waterfalls. It’s a great trail for some unique views and sights along the way whilst being a rather short walk and will take less than an hour to complete.

Tamar Lakes

Tamar Lakes is just a short drive away from the resort and makes a perfect circular walk to suit all walking abilities. The route takes you from the lower lake up to the main Tamar Lake where you will walk around the whole lake and back to the lower lake. It’s a great route to add to your plans.

Bude and Upton Circular

Enjoy a canal and coastal walk with this Bude and Upton Circular walk. With this route you can enjoy incredible views out to sea for around half of the walk and then the other half takes you along the Bude canal. It will take you no longer than 2 and a half hours to complete so the perfect morning or afternoon walk.

Millook – Widemouth Bay

start: Millook  – 21 minute drive from resort

duration: 2-2.5hrs

This out and back style walk starts in the Millook village and takes you along the coastline all the way to Widemouth Bay. It’s a great trail which will take no longer than two and a half hours to complete and you will see some incredible views out to sea on the way. There is a café by the beach that will be perfect to stop at before walking back.

Trebarfoote Wood, Poundstock and Millook Circular

start: Trebarfoote Wood – 23 minute drive from resort

duration: 2-2.5hrs

Enjoy the best of both worlds with this circular walk. It takes you through the Trebarfoote Wood, along a coastal trail and the civil parish of Poundstock. It’s a fairly easy route that can be completed by all abilities and will take around two and a half hours to complete. Some areas are rougher than others especially when it has rained so appropriate footwear is advised.

Bude Coast and Canal Circular

start: Widemouth Bay Car Park  – 17 minute drive from resort

Make the most of the Cornish coast whilst you are on holiday in Cornwall with the Bude Coast and Canal circular walk. It takes you from Widemouth Bay and up towards Bude Canal before going through Bude and joining the coastal path as you make your way back to the bay. It’s the perfect walk for incredible views and photo opportunities.

Boscastle to Tintagel via South West Coastal Path

start: Cobweb Car Park – 30 minute drive from resort

Cornwall is known for its stunning coast so make the most of it with this Boscastle to Tintagel coastal path walk. It’s an out and back style walk where you go across to Tintagel and back to complete the 17.5km trail. It is long and takes around five hours to complete but it’s definitely worth it for the views along the way.
