what type of holiday home is for you?

What’s the difference between a holiday home, a static caravan, and a holiday lodge?

It’s all about the size.

  • a static caravan is usually around 28ft x 10ft to 40 x 13ft
  • a holiday home is usually around 40ft x 14ft to 40 x 16ft
  • a holiday lodge is usually around 40ft x 20ft or above

Below we have some average costs of where each of our holiday homes starts from:

  • static caravans start from an average of £26,995
  • holiday homes start from an average of £110,000
  • holiday lodges start from an average of £175,000

Once you have bought your holiday home, there are also annual running costs to consider, which include site fees, water rates, and holiday home insurance. these annual costs will vary depending on the resort, holiday home size and plot location.
