This is resort dependent. As a holiday home owner you will have access to the resort facilities your holiday home is on, however depending on the resort, you may be required to pay for certain activities. Generally speaking, access to all swimming pools and gyms is free of charge. For more detailed information please give our team a call on 0800 717 707.

There’s lots of ways to buy a holiday home. You can pay the full amount outright, choose to have a bank loan or use our flexible finance options and spread the cost with our preferred lender. There is a 10% deposit fee, or 20% on used holiday homes. Our team will calculate your monthly repayments or you can test this out yourself with our handy finance calculator on your finance guide! There isn’t a set time, but in certain circumstances you could buy a holiday home today and move in within two weeks! Sometimes it really is that easy. Give our team a call on 0800 717 707 to find out more.

As often as you choose. There is no limit to how often or how long you stay once you have found your holiday home to buy. Some of our locations do have a ‘closing season’, for example some North Wales destinations close for up to 8 weeks out of the year.

However, we are a non-residential holiday home company, this means that you cannot live in your holiday home and must provide annual proof of a primary residence elsewhere.

Yes! It’s your holiday home. You can bring friends and family to your holiday home and they can enjoy the facilities on offer. And, who knows, they may even buy their own and you can take advantage of our referral scheme too!
