This is resort dependent. As a holiday home owner you will have access to the resort facilities your holiday home is on, however depending on the resort, you may be required to pay for certain activities. There’s lots of ways to buy a holiday home. You can pay the full amount outright, choose to have a bank loan or use our flexible finance options and spread the cost with our preferred lender. As often as you choose. There is no limit to how often or how long you stay once you have found your holiday home to buy. Some of our locations do have a ‘closing season’, for example some North Wales destinations close for up to 8 weeks out of the year.
However, we are a non-residential holiday home company, this means that you cannot live in your holiday home and must provide annual proof of a primary residence elsewhere.
Yes! It’s your holiday home. You can bring friends and family to your holiday home and they can enjoy the facilities on offer. And, who knows, they may even buy their own and you can take advantage of our referral scheme too!
