Check-ins are available from 16:00.
If you are likely to arrive later 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01225 333 909 to let them know.
If you have booked a Newton Brook Elegance Lodge, a Neatherfield Lodge or a Neatherfield Watersedge Lodge, you are able to check-in from 14:00.
Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort. Please ensure you have added your pet on to your booking.
XL Bullys are welcome to our resorts as long as owners follow the government rules. They must have a muzzle and lead on at all times when outside, this includes on patios and decking areas of the lodge.
We are a 12 minute drive from the city centre or an hour’s walk away. For directions please click the button below.
It usually costs around £10 for a taxi directly into the city centre.
There is a bus stop located close to the park entrance.
On weekdays buses run every 15 minutes directly into the city centre. For more information please ask a member of staff.

Yes, we are open 12 months of the year, including Christmas and New Year.
The nearest train station to Bath Mill Lodge Retreat is Oldfield Park Station which is around 2.2 miles away from our resort. Ordinarily, car journeys to the resort from here will take 8 minutes.

Yes, please follow the same strict rules you would outside the park. We strongly advise that, for your protection, if you or any member of your family or guests use or ride bicycles, skateboards, scooters or heelies; please wear helmets and reflective clothing.
We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure the park can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike.
We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non pet unit without the prior permission of the Park Manager. (This can be achieved by including your pet on your booking form to ensure you are allocated a pet-friendly unit).
- Where allowed, all pets must at all times be kept under proper control and must not enter any facility building. (excluding guide dogs)
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (unless in the dedicated dog areas) and prevented from fouling.
- All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.
- In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero as well as any other breed at the Park Manager’s discretion.

Yes, it is and guests should use the postcode BA2 9JF, you can then put your lodge number and the park name in the delivery note
Yes, all our facilities are open to the public.
Yes you may have a BBQ, but we do ask that you take care and you are required to use the racks for hire.
The BBQ racks are for hire via reception, and we also sell disposable BBQs. The racks have to be fitted by our team to the decking.
Yes, towels are provided.
Most of our lodges feature a freezer in their well equipped kitchens,
With the exception of the Norland Lodge. This lodge has a mini kitchenette and slightly more limited self catering facilities as it is designed for one or two night breaks in the city.
The majority of our lodges are fully equipped for self catering with full kitchen facilities including ovens, microwaves and fridge freezers.
The only exception to this is the studio Norland Lodge which has a kitchenette featuring a microwave, toaster and kettle so that the essentials are covered.
All lodges are equipped comfortable furnishing and bedding. They also include flat screen TVs with Freeview channels and Wi-Fi access.
Bath Mill Lodge Retreat is located in an idyllic part of the Somerset countryside, with a plethora of scenic walking routes to be enjoyed around the area including the walk along the Newton Brook directly into the city centre.
