Currently under construction, this large retail park is due to open its doors this summer. With big brand names signing on, including The Range and Poundworld, along with eateries such as Burger King and Greggs all confirmed, the retail park is sure to be a hub of activity. The historic Pavilion Theatre is being lovingly refurbished, from the outside make-over to the new indoor seats.
