French doors open out on to the sun deck, which will be perfect for the summer days.

With two bedrooms, the master suite has an ensuite shower room and large walk-in wardrobe, while the second room is also kitted out as a double.

Regal have designed the Charmouth with a real Scandinavian feel with stylish and modern furniture, it is light and spacious with a contemporary look.

The lounge has two, two seater sofas, luxurious grey pile carpet and front opening doors, bringing the outside in.

The kitchen is very well set out with an integrated microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also plenty of work top space, with wood effect flooring and a dining table that easily seats four it makes the Charmouth the envy of your neighbours.

The main bathroom has a large shower a contemporary square sink and toilet. The twin rooms are really well set up with plenty of wardrobe space and the main bedroom boasts a king size bed, ensuite shower and toilet.
