A bright and airy Pathfinder Tuscany Lodge sited on a premium elevated plot with far reaching views towards Cheddar and Glastonbury – with its own private hot tub!

At 45 feet long, this lodge is the definition of spacious. The expansive master suite is exceptional and has its own ensuite shower room, dressing table with mirror and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom number two is also of a good size with a pair of three foot divan beds.

It is the front of this lodge which is truly breath-taking, floor to ceiling windows in the dining area take full advantage of the views towards Cheddar and allow sunlight to flood the lodge while front doors from the lounge make al-fresco dining a breeze. The kitchen is fully kitted out with a range of integrated appliances to include upright 50/50 fridge freezer, four burner gas hob and electric oven below, integrated dishwasher and washing machine. The freestanding microwave, kettle and toaster are also included.

The current owners rent this lodge out through our fully managed sublet scheme and therefore viewings will need to be booked in advance to coincide with changeover days.

Stepping inside, the lounge is closed off which guarantees extra privacy and warmth come the colder months, you will benefit from the sofa pulling out in to a double bed meaning plenty of space for family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, there is even an island which allows extra work top space.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have ample storage space, the master bedroom even boasts its own ensuite.

A beautifully presented two bedroom Oakgrove Elm Lodge located in the desirable Thurlbear Woods area of the resort.

With a large south-facing sundeck, you’ll be able to soak up the rays during those endless summer days in your own home-from-home.

The lounge is kitted out with two comfortable sofas, coffee table and television – perfect for family games nights. In the kitchen you’ll find a full range of integrated appliances, including under the counter fridge and freezer, eye level oven, four burner gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

At the rear of the lodge is a private master suite with ensuite shower room, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom is also large with two 3ft single wooden beds and built-in sliding mirrored wardrobes. A family bathroom completes the lodge and this is also of a good size with bath and shower over.

Parking is right outside the lodge as each lodge has its own block-paved driveway.

Although the current owners have chosen not to let this lodge out, it does have a licence which allows for Sublet through our fully-managed sublet scheme should you wish to take advantage of this while not using the lodge yourself.
