Our lodge retreat is located on the Blenheim Estate grounds and is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to visit Britain’s Greatest Palace. From the incredible architecture, beautifully decorated rooms, historical gardens and breath-taking grounds there is so much to discover during your time at Blenheim Palace. Throughout the year there are all sorts of incredible events on in the grounds especially during the summer months, so before you decide when to visit have a read of what’s on throughout summer and see which events take your fancy the most.
Blenheim Palace Flower Show
when: 21st June – 23rd June

Enjoy an incredible day out at Blenheim Palace during the 2024 Flower Show. It is a three day event that showcases the best of British gardening. With plenty of stands and entertainment there will be so much to see and do to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. Watch demonstrations from gardening experts, enjoy some delicious food and drink, watch some live music and browse the stalls selling homeware and crafts.
Battle Proms Picnic Concert
when: 6th July

An event that has been held at Blenheim Palace for years, Battle Proms Picnic Concert is an open-air concert perfect for families, friends and couples. Enjoy an afternoon full of displays and entertainment and of course as the name suggest, picnics are encouraged. Set up base for the day with blankets, food and drink and look forward to what’s on, the evening closes with an incredible musical firework display.
‘After the Storm’: Mohammed Sami at Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Art Foundation have a major solo exhibition by Mohammed Sami inside the Palace that is definitely worth a visit. The exhibition is called ‘After the Storm’ and is on from 9th July to 20th October. Entrance to this exhibition is free with a valid pass or day ticket so if you are wanting to experience something unique during your visit this is definitely worth popping into. Learn all about Mohammed Sami, Sami’s work and the history behind the exhibition.
Game Fair at Blenheim Palace
when: 26th July – 28th July

The Game Fair is returning to Blenheim Palace for 2024. Throughout the weekend you will be able to immerse yourself into the experience with plenty of fun for all. This event is all about celebrating outdoor activity and country life with world-class shooting, fishing demonstrations, falconry displays and more. There will also be artisanal food and drink stalls and stalls selling outdoor equipment.
Salon Privé
when: 28th August – 31st August

Salon Privé is an annual event at Blenheim Palace and is known for being the UK’s most stylish automotive event. With this event you can view some of the finest supercars, classic automobiles and enjoy the different events within. For example on the 28th and 29th the lawns will be full of rare and exceptional classic cars, the latest supercars and more with the Salon Privé Concours presented by Aviva.
EV Live at Blenheim Palace
when: 13th September – 15th September

Returning to Blenheim Palace this September, EV Live is the perfect event if you are interested in electric vehicles. Throughout the weekend you can get more of an insight into EV and enjoy some driver experiences. So before you make the decision into EV this event will give you everything you need and answer any questions you have before making your decision.
