referral terms and conditions
Referral Credit Structure
- £500 credit for the first successful referral
- £1,000 credit for the second successful referral
- Free site fees for one year for the third successful referral
Eligibility
- All referrals must be made within the same calendar year
- Referees must not be existing enquiries in our system
- Referrals cannot be claimed after the referee has made an initial enquiry
Applicability
- Offer applies only to Darwin Escapes stock and excludes Private Sales
- The holiday home must be paid in full and handed over to your referral before any credit is applied to your account
General Conditions
- All referral credits are issued at the sole discretion of management
