  • DogFest Belvoir Castle, Leicestershire – Sat 31 Aug & Sun 1 Sept
  • DogFest Harewood House, Yorkshire – Sat 7 & Sun 8 Sept
  • DogFest Knebworth House, Hertfordshire – Sat 21 & Sun 22 Sept

The Prize

  • Each winner will receive four (4) day tickets to one selected DogFest event taking place in summer 2025.
  • There will be ten (10) winners per DogFest event, with seven (7) DogFest events in total.
  • A total of seventy (70) winners will be selected across all events.
  • Each winner will receive four individual ticket codes to be redeemed on the DogFest website.

Eligibility

  • This competition is open exclusively to existing subscribers of the Darwin Escapes Holiday Newsletter.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
  • Employees of Darwin Escapes, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

  • The competition opens at 9:00 AM on Wednesday 16th April 2025 and closes at 10:30 AM on Friday 25th April 2025.

How to Enter

  • Eligible participants must complete the entry form available on the Darwin Escapes website and select which DogFest event they wish to attend.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator on Monday 28th April 2025.
  • All winners will be contacted by email no later than Wednesday 30th April 2025.
  • Winners will receive four unique ticket codes to book their tickets via the DogFest website.
  • If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within five (5) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Conditions

  • No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, or any other expenses.
  • The ticket codes are only valid for the selected DogFest event chosen during entry.

General Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this competition at any time without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
