terms and conditions – Darwin Escapes holiday giveaway

Prize:
A short mid-week break (Monday to Friday) in a standard lodge at a Darwin Escapes resort, for up to six people.

Prize Validity:
The prize must be booked and taken by 31st July 2026.

Blackout Dates:
The prize cannot be used during the following periods:

  • 18th July 2025 – 1st September 2025
  • 24th October 2025 – 3rd November 2025
  • 19th December 2025 – 2nd January 2026
  • 16th February 2026 – 20th February 2026
  • 30th March 2026 – 10th April 2026
  • 25th May 2026 – 29th May 2026
  • 17th July 2026 – 31st August 2026

What’s Not Included:
Travel insurance, travel expenses, and spending money are not included in the prize.

Eligibility:
Entrants must be at least 18 years old. One entry per person is allowed. The winner will be responsible for the booking and all members of their party.

Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must complete the form and agree to receive marketing communications from both Darwin Escapes and the Women’s Scottish Open. The competition database will be shared with both partners for newsletter purposes.

Non-transferable:
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. No upgrades or substitutions are permitted.

Deadline:

  • The competition closes at midnight on 28th July 2025
  • The winner will be selected by 31st July 2025 and contacted via email by 1st August 2025
  • If the winner does not respond by 5th August 2025, another winner will be selected

Exclusions:
Not all facilities and activities are available at all Darwin Escapes resorts. Availability may vary by location and season.
