Site fees pay for the grounds and gardens at Mullion Cove to be cleaned and maintained all season long, making sure the site and your cabin look immaculate.

Luxury lodges at Mullion Cove Coastal Retreat start at £109,995, with site fees an additional annual cost (note: there are no site fees for new owners until February 2027).
Site fees for the 2026 season start from £4995. These fees pay for maintenance of the grounds and gardens, as well as on-site security, WiFi and, where applicable, upkeep of private hot tubs. You can also benefit from free gas and electricity until 31st December 2026 when you buy now.
