All of our Darwin Escapes luxury lodges for sale come with home from home comforts, including large open plan living spaces, with floor to ceiling windows making the most of the natural light. There are high ceilings, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as patio doors leading out to your very own decking (an optional extra).
Most fully fitted kitchens come with integrated appliances, with white goods included. These large kitchen and dining areas are ideal for entertaining family and friends, with the comfortable seating space perfect for movie nights.

The biggest difference is size and price.
A static caravan is typically cheaper and smaller, at around 28ft wide, with a lodge being more expensive and larger, at roughly around 40ft wide. A lodge can be nearly double the size of a static caravan.

No, we are a non-residential holiday home company, so you cannot live in your holiday home. You must provide annual proof of a permanent primary address when you buy a luxury lodge at a Darwin Escapes resort.

We are a non-residential holiday home company, meaning you cannot live in your holiday home, and some of our resorts close for short periods of the year. But there is no limit to how often or how long you can stay in your holiday home.
