Offer Summary
This Easter Weekend only, current Darwin Escapes holiday home owners who upgrade their existing holiday home to a new, 12ft wide unit between Friday 18th April and Monday 21st April 2025 will be eligible to receive a pro rata refund of their 2025 site fees, starting from 1st May 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• This offer is available exclusively to existing Darwin Escapes owners who are upgrading their current holiday home.
• The upgrade must involve the purchase of a new Darwin Escapes stock unit, either a new, 12ft wide unit.
• Only one refund reward is available per qualifying upgrade under this Easter 2025 promotion.

Applicability

• This offer applies exclusively to Darwin Escapes stock and is not valid on Private Sales.
• The upgraded holiday home must be paid for in full and ownership transferred (handed over) during the promotional period before any refund is processed.
• The pro rata 2025 site fee refund will only be applied once all qualifying criteria are verified and met in full.

General Conditions

• All upgrade rewards, including the refund of 2025 site fees, are subject to the sole discretion of Darwin Escapes management.
• Darwin Escapes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• This promotion is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
• Any decisions made by Darwin Escapes regarding this promotion shall be final and binding.
