Your annual site fees cover a host of holiday home ownership needs, including the grounds and maintenance of our resort. Enjoy a sunny day relaxing in the garden area full of colourful flowers. You’ll also have unlimited access to the fabulous facilities at our sister-resort Talacre Beach, just one mile down the road.
Seaview has a 10-month season, which runs from 1st March to 10th January every year

At Seaview Holiday Home Park, site fees pay for the maintenance of the park, grounds, and gardens to ensure it is always looking immaculate.
Additionally, it covers full use of all the facilities at our sister park, Talacre Beach, which is just 1 mile away including a tropically heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fully equipped gymnasium.
Those wanting to participate in organised activities will be happy to know that the Go Active Programme is also included within the annual site fees. And if that wasn’t enough, owners will also benefit from access to the restaurant, bar, owners lounge, cabaret bar, teenager zone, kids club, evening entertainment, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour security.
Our current 2024 site fees start from £5,808. The final fee depends on the plot, as well as other factors.
