One option is Thanet Well Lodge Retreat, which is located on the edge of the Lake District near Greystoke Forest. This is a great place to bring in the New Year and for New Year Breaks, with a range of luxury holiday lodges and log cabins available. All our holiday homes feature all the comforts and facilities you will need for your New Year break, including full kitchens, comfortable beds and sofas, as well as all the technical features you need including Flat Screen TVs, DVD players and Wi-Fi access.
If you are looking for something with more facilities, you may want to consider Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat which features equally well equipped holiday lodges, some of which are even available with private hot tub facilities. There are a range of on-site facilities to take advantage of here with a spa lodge, high quality restaurant and also a well equipped gym if you are looking to get rid of those Christmas calories. Our resort is also ideally located to take full advantage of the many attractions which are on offer in the Lake District and Cumbria in general.

If you are looking to get together with friends or family members at New Year, then why not consider Piran Cottage in which 12 people can sleep in complete luxury, with high-class furnishings and modern décor.
The cottage is perfect for large parties with a spacious lounge, well-equipped kitchen/diner and even an outdoor hot tub! There are also games consoles and board games to be taken advantage of.
This is located at our 5 Star rated Piran Meadows Resort, which has previously won the Best in Britain gong at the annual Hoseasons Awards. New Year breaks in a log cabin
If you want something a little more private, then why not consider a log cabin break at either our Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat in Surrey or Kilnwick Percy Resort in Yorkshire?
Both parks are the ideal locations for relaxing New Year’s breaks. They are set in tranquil countryside locations and our grounds team works tirelessly to ensure that our resorts are in keeping with this. Tilford Woods even has its own friendly family of ducks and the odd squirrel who regularly scout the park whilst the KP is surrounded by a well-kept 18 hole championship golf course.
Tilford Woods is just a couple of miles down the road from the well-connected town of Farnham, from where you can grab direct train journeys to London which take approximately 50 minutes. This means you can easily take advantage of the many attractions and vibrant nightlife which the capital has to offer without having to stay in a city centre location.
The KP has a range of beautifully furnished log cabins to choose from featuring their own private hot tub on the outdoor decking for you to keep yourself warm during the festive season but still be able to enjoy the beautiful countryside views.
All of our luxurious log cabins have excellent self-catering facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The KP is home to a fantastic championship golf course, Nordic Spa with unique barrel style saunas, and the Box Gym which all guests are welcome to use during their stay with us.
Just 15 miles from York, the Kilnwick Percy Resort offers the best of both worlds so for those who want to do some retail therapy during the Christmas sales but still want to come back to the tranquil surroundings at the end of the day, the KP is the ideal location.
