Your site fees are annual costs that cover a range of facilities for holiday home ownership, from the rental of your plot to unlimited access to our facilities on-park, they allow you to escape to your holiday home whenever the mood strikes.
Site fees vary in price and what they cover depending on the resort, but the general list of what your sites will cover is below:

All our site fees vary depending on the resort, the holiday home, and the location of the holiday home on the resort.
However, our average site fee cost ranges from £4,470 – £8,234.
