Site fees effectively work in the same way as the annual council tax bill for your residential property.

In This case the site fees Hawkchurch lodge owners pay will cover the cost of maintaining the resort itself including the extensive grounds, gardens and also our private walking path which is a great feature for pet owners on park.

This also cover the cost of maintaining the facilities at our 5 star holiday resort including our hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and state of the art gymnasium; all of which holiday home owners are welcome to utilise whenever they visit.
