The Regal Hamilton is a high quality well-built holiday home and is well furnished throughout.

The living area boasts plenty of space and has chunky cosy seating that is also free standing. The dining area can seat 4 comfortably and the kitchen benefits from a clever design which is also fitted with an island. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 ring gas burner, so you can enjoy cooking at any time, and has integrated appliances throughout. The master bedroom spans across the width of the holiday home with built in wardrobes and has an en-suite shower. The twin bedroom also has plenty of storage and the main bathroom feels like home with its quirky design and shower.

Lodge 89 was built and put on site in 2016 and is fully double-glazed with high-energy gas central heating radiators to all areas.

It is on the second row of lodges on the edge of the private owners area of the park, and has the park boundary hedge on one side. Because of its position the lodge is quiet, has a high degree of privacy and no passing traffic.

The lodge sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms – one a double with en suite shower facilities and a walk in wardrobe and the other bedroom being twin bedded with wardrobe and access to its own bathroom that includes a bath with shower. Both bathrooms have dedicated towel warmer radiators and back lit mirrors. The lounge and kitchen are open plan, and are fully fitted with furniture including, a dining table, and 2 settees. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with full depth worktops, cabinets with a 5-hob gas cooker with hood, and integrated oven and grill, microwave, washing machine/drier and large American style fridge freezer. All pots and pans, crockery and kitchen utensils are also included. The kitchen has LED low-level lights in the plinth, and the lounge has a flame effect electric fire.

The lodge has a large sundeck with a table seating 6 people accessed through double doors. This deck benefits from the sun for most of the day, and is ideal for sitting with a glass of wine watching the sun sink over the fields as it dips down over the Axe Valley. The lodge also has its own private allocated parking drive that accommodates 2 vehicles.

The owners have the ability to hire out the lodge for holiday accommodation, and up to 3 dogs are allowed in the property. There is free Wi-Fi and TV services provided by the park owners, and the lounge and each bedroom have their own television. The lounge has a built in ceiling sound system with two built in speakers. This can be used as a radio – or it can be linked, via Bluetooth, to a phone so that personal music can be played. All lighting throughout is LED and the lounge and main bedroom have dedicated USB charging points included.

Ownership of the lodge brings the benefit of the on site restaurant, gym, pool and fitness suite. There is also a beauty suite offering a wide range of treatment. Owners are given a 10% discount on all meals and beauty treatments.
