The living room boasts a beautiful electric fireplace display, the light wooden finishes ooze throughout the caravan starting from the living room, through to the kitchen and more. The kitchen is fitted with all the essentials you need, however instead of an under counter fridge/freezer is a fully integrated 70/30 split fridge freezer which holds everything you could want. A beautifully presented two bedroom Oakgrove Elm Lodge located in the desirable Thurlbear Woods area of the resort.

With a large south-facing sundeck, you’ll be able to soak up the rays during those endless summer days in your own home-from-home.

The lounge is kitted out with two comfortable sofas, coffee table and television – perfect for family games nights. In the kitchen you’ll find a full range of integrated appliances, including under the counter fridge and freezer, eye level oven, four burner gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

At the rear of the lodge is a private master suite with ensuite shower room, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom is also large with two 3ft single wooden beds and built-in sliding mirrored wardrobes. A family bathroom completes the lodge and this is also of a good size with bath and shower over.

Parking is right outside the lodge as each lodge has its own block-paved driveway.

Although the current owners have chosen not to let this lodge out, it does have a licence which allows for Sublet through our fully-managed sublet scheme should you wish to take advantage of this while not using the lodge yourself.
