Isle of Wight lodges with hot tubs
luxury lodges with hot tubs on the Isle of Wight
If you are looking for luxury Isle of Wight lodges with hot tubs, then look no further than Darwin Escapes and our two luxury holiday parks which are located in the north east of the island between Cowes and Ryde.
Our resorts are ideally located to provide you with easy access to some of the islands most iconic visitor attractions and areas of interest. Nestled in the natural environment on an island which is almost entirely an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is the perfect opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle and relax in a peaceful environment.
Woodside Coastal Retreat
This stunning tranquil escape was opened in the summer of 2014 and comes with unrivalled access to the Shingle beach for the ultimate relaxing break to this glorious part of the UK.
You can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life at our stunning resort, with luxurious holiday lodges coming jam packed with all the modern comforts you require for the ultimate, relaxing break away from home. In your lodge you will find games consoles, large TVs, free Wi-Fi and of course your very own personal hot tub, which you can make use of at any time of the day.
We have a range of different size lodges depending on your budget and requirements, with 2-4 bedroom alternatives available.
The park itself meets the high standards, which are to be expected at any Darwin Escapes holiday resort. This level of quality has been independently verified by Visit England, who awarded Woodside Coast Retreat the 5 star Gold Award, for the high levels of quality in evidence across the park.
There is no clubhouse on this resort; this is all about peace and relaxation. However, if you are looking for more award winning quality, you should head down the Fine Nammet restaurant in Shanklin for some of the finest cuisine in the area.
There is also a public swimming pool, which is open 7 days a week, in the nearby town of Ryde if you are looking to remain active on your vacation. Countless scenic walking and cycling routes are also available around the area.
However, with the stunning luxuries afforded to you at Woodside Coastal Retreat, we wouldn’t blame you for spending the majority of your time enjoying the natural scenery from your hot tub.
Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat
A slightly newer but equally as luxurious destination located just down the road from our well established Isle of Wight resort is Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat. The latest addition to our portfolio is located in the idyllic woodland and provides you with the chance to enjoy luxury treehouse holidays on the Isle of Wight thanks to our two dreamy tree house units.
Both of our tree houses are surprisingly spacious and equipped with a range of luxuries includes Egyptian cotton sheets and stylish furnishings. There is even a kitchenette so you are able to self cater as an alternative to our stunning on-site restaurant. You will even have access to private hot tubs when you stay in one of our tree houses where you can sit back and enjoy the natural and tranquil surroundings.
Of course, there are also hot tub equipped holiday lodges available at Woodside Bay as well which are to the same standard as those which are available at Woodside Coastal with full kitchen facilities and plethora of other luxuries.
There really is something for everyone here, with the more energetic amongst you no doubt pleased to hear that we also have a state of the art air conditioned gym available on park where you can burn off the calories accumulated at the fantastic on-site restaurant.
the local area
Almost half of the Isle of Wight is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making our resorts perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing break.
There are numerous cycle and walking routes to be enjoyed in the area where you can admire the stunning natural environment. However, if you fancy exploring the attractions the region has to offer then there is plenty to keep you occupied. Including many museums and sites of historic interest such as Bembridge Windmill which was built around 1700 and is now the only remaining windmill on the Isle of Wight.
Of course, the area is also famous for ‘Cowes Week’ which is a mecca for nautical enthusiasts and has been an annual event since 1826.
With so much to do and see, you will be glad to spend some time unwinding in your very own hot tub equipped holiday lodge or Tree House when you stay at one of our luxury Woodside resorts.
