Check-ins are available from 16:00.
If you are likely to arrive later than 6pm, please call our retreat reception team on 017687 76510 (option 1) to let them know
Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Please drop your key into the box by the exit barrier. Please pay for any movies and collect any cash deposits, such as for a gym pass, during reception hours and prior to departure.
We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it and take your rubbish/recycling to the bin bays located around the retreat.
Please note, we do not allow BBQs in/around your accommodation/our resort.
Unfortunately, the EV charger is currently out of service. The nearest car charging ports are in Keswick and Cockermouth.

The spa and relaxation suite offer a fantastic menu of treatments that are available during your stay with us.
To book your treatments please email our spa team at ammara.spa@keswickreach.co.uk. A member of our team will reply to your request within 36 hours.
The gym is open to guests aged 16 and over (16 and 17 year olds must be supervised by an adult), please book your slot at reception.

We are sometimes able to return your items if they are found, however, if they are not found please be aware Darwin Escapes is not responsible for items that are left behind or lost in your accommodation or around the resort.
