terms and conditions

  1. The owner will finance and arrange for the holiday home to be delivered to New Pines Holiday Home Park.
  2. If the holiday home is currently under finance, a letter from the finance company confirming approval to relocate the unit is required.
  3. Site fees are payable upfront and are currently set at £5,644.
  4. The holiday home must be no older than 10 years at the time of arrival.
  5. If there is existing decking, its transfer must be approved by the Sales Manager.
  6. If the transfer of decking is approved, the owner is responsible for organising and covering the cost of the transfer.
  7. Siting and connection fees will be paid by New Pines Holiday Home Park.
  8. The prospect must be a current owner at another holiday home park.
  9. The prospect must not be a current owner at any Darwin Escapes-owned location.
