*Terms and conditions

  1. The owner will finance and organise for the holiday home to be delivered to New Pines.
  2. If there is current finance on the holiday home, we require a letter from the finance company that they are happy for it to be moved location.
  3. Site fees are payable up front. This is costed at £5,644.
  4. The holiday home must not be older than 10 years on arrival.
  5. If there is current decking, the transfer of this will need to be approved by the Sales Manager
  6. If transfer of decking is approved, the owner will need to organise and pay for the transfer
  7. Siting and connection fees will be paid for by New Pines Holiday Home Park
