We are a non-residential holiday home ownership company, meaning you can not live in your holiday home, and most of our resorts do have a small closing period or ‘winter break’ for owners. You must have a permanent address elsewhere, but you can visit your holiday home whenever the mood strikes and for as long as you choose.
