No, we do not offer subletting or the ability to rent out your holiday home at Thanet Well.

No. Darwin Escapes are a non-residential holiday home company. This means you cannot live in your holiday home and that we require annual proof of a primary residence.

Yes. Thanet Well Lodge Retreat has a 12 month open season, so you can visit your holiday home all year round.

No, you can stay for as long as you want to in your lodge and visit as often as you choose. Your holiday home is truly your escape to visit whenever you want. 

However please note, we are a non residential holiday home company, this means you cannot live in your holiday home.
