We are delighted to present this 2021 Minster Norwood lodge which has been brought back into stock via part exchange.

A fully furnished lounge looks out onto the uPVC sundeck offering views over the Devon countryside and a side walkway with steps and a gate.

Inside the lodge, you'll find the kitchen of dreams with an integrated four burner gas hob, oven, upright fridge freezer, microwave, slimline dishwasher and a freestanding washing machine. The open plan of the lodge makes it perfect for entertaining, or you can keep it low-key with a dining table and four wooden dining chairs with upholstered seats.

Both bedrooms are of a good size; the master has a king-sized divan bed and access to its own private en-suite bathroom while the twin room houses two 3ft divan single beds and plenty of storage.

A second, family bathroom is reached by the handy entrance hallway and it even has a bath!
