This stunning new Sunseeker Sensation lodge is the latest home-from-home to be sited on our premier perimeter row.
The lodge has a beautiful entrance way into the lounge area, with a free-standing large sofa (with built in bed) and 2 wing-back chairs facing a feature log-burner style fireplace with a 50” TV above.
The patio doors look out onto your large private decking area and the hillside views. Into the kitchen we have the large breakfast bar with stylish drop-lights above, integrated microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and wine cooler behind gorgeous shaker style doors in a cool white finish. A separate 6-seater oak dining table is the perfect place to host and entertain family and friends. Plenty of prep space for those who like to cook, with a 5 burner hob and separate high level oven and grill.
Through the closed off corridor you first come to the family bathroom which has a large walk-in shower and vanity area and a stylish towel ladder radiator. The twin bedroom has two full sized single beds with matching velvet headboard. USB sockets to be found by the bedside table, large wardrobes and a TV point complete this room. The master suite comprises of a large vanity table with backlit mirror and power points, a velvet topped stool matches the huge headboard behind the king-sized bed with its super comfort mattress. Box shelving above the bed with built in reading lights, USB charging points in the bedside sockets and TV points. A closet area with several large wardrobes and chests of drawers lead into the ensuite shower room with large shower, designer towel rail and WC. Benefiting from a sunny plot with secluded front garden, and views overlooking the mountain range and sand dunes. You will be able to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the privacy of your own large decking area This plot has a private double car-parking bay
