The finance example given is an estimate based on 12.9% APR representative, a 120 month term and includes a deposit of £8,500. This price excludes any other costs associated with owning a holiday home which must be paid in addition. The monthly price is based entirely on a finance agreement approved by our finance provider Black Horse Limited, subject to status. The price excludes estimated rates, insurance and/or pitch fees and utility bills.
