Check-ins are available from 16:00.
If you are likely to arrive later 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01225 333 909 to let them know.
If you have booked a Newton Brook Elegance Lodge, a Neatherfield Lodge or a Neatherfield Watersedge Lodge, you are able to check-in from 14:00.
Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Updated information: We have reduced our single-use plastic in our lodges, removing the kitchen welcome pack, bathroom toiletries, and ducks. Here at Darwin Escapes, we are always looking at our carbon footprint and ways we can ethically and realistically increase our sustainability, and one of these ways is reducing the above, along with other non-biodegradable materials, including suitcases, where we are able.

Please note, the Norland and Delaford lodges do not have full kitchens. They come equipped with a small fridge, with compartment freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster only.
lost/forgotten items:
Don’t forget to check your lodge before you leave (especially on radiators and in drawers) for any items you may have forgotten.
We are sometimes able to return your items if they are found, however, if they are not found please be aware Darwin Escapes is not responsible for items that are left behind or lost in your accommodation or around the resort.
