2. Prize Details:
   1. Annual family membership to Chester Zoo (for 2 adults and 2 children).
   2. Prize cannot be transferred, refunded, substituted for cash, or upgraded.
   3. Membership must be claimed within 12 months of winning.
   4. The membership is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold.
3. Competition Timeline:
   1. Starts: 11.30am, 13.12.24
   2. Ends: 9am, 20.12.24
4. Winner Notification:
   1. Contacted through direct messaging via the Darwin Escapes Instagram account.
   2. Must claim the prize within 48 hours of notification.
   3. If prize is not claimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
5. Additional Terms:
   1. The winner must be 18 years or older.
   2. Prize excludes travel insurance, spending money, and travel expenses.
   3. By entering, the winner consents to their details being shared with Chester Zoo for membership processing.
   4. Chester Zoo’s terms and conditions apply, including their right to amend or discontinue the membership.
