Those looking for something slightly closer to the park would be wise to take the short 20-minute trip to see the market town of Kings Lynn. The town is perhaps at its most vibrant on Saturday and Tuesday when the two weekly markets take place, the latter of which is located in what is generally regarded as being one of England’s grandest squares. There are also plenty of beautiful gardens just waiting to be explored here for those who prefer a little bit of peace and quiet.
