Yes, all our resorts are pet friendly to both owners and holiday guests. If you are a holiday guests, please ensure you have included your pet on your booking.

Please note, dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted at our resorts, please read our FAQ section titled “what is your dog policy?” for more detailed information.

Our resort is the ideal location for family holidays in Norfolk thanks to our wide range of facilities and activities. This includes access to an exciting Go Active programme which provides activities for both adults and children alike.

Yes you can.

Every holiday home and all lodge accommodation at Norfolk Woods has parking for at least one car either alongside or close by. Those requiring additional car parking spaces please Hoseasons about your booking before you depart.

If there are too many cars you will be asked to park in the main car park, you will be allowed through to unpack.

We are roughly 30 minutes away from the Senttisham Beach.

Yes, we are 12 months of the year for holiday guests.

However, we are only open for 11 months and do request owners to leave in January, because we are a non-residential holiday resort.

Yes. All our facilities are open to the public, please ask reception for prices and memberships.

Please note: We do ask that if anybody local would like to come and swim that you call us half an hour before to ensure that we are not at capacity.

If you would like to use the play area or the splash zone then you must purchase food and drink from the bar before you sit down.

There will be a timetable operating during peak times for the splash zone.

We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure our resorts can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike. We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non-pet unit without the prior permission of the General Manager. (Please add your pet onto your booking form so you are allocated the correct unit).

  1. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. while on the resort.
  2. All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.
  3. In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted  anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero, XL Bully, as well as any other breed at the General Manager’s discretion.
  4. You, as the holiday guest or holiday home owner, are responsible for the behaviour of your party’s dog. Should you have a dog behaving badly, inappropriately or affecting the comfort of other guests, we may ask that you remove the dog from area. Should we have any safety concerns of others, or that your dog may not be under control, we may ask you and your party to leave the resort.

Yes, access to the resort is controlled by a car registration plate recognition barrier system and there is CCTV throughout the holiday park.

Yes, we have electric car charging ports on our resort.

No, the distribution of power to the units cannot sustain prolonged high usage.

Holiday Questions

Check-ins are available from 16:00.

If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01760 751370 to let them know.

Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.

Yes, it is and guests should use the postcode PE32 1HU.

Please ensure that the lead guests name is on the booking, shopping should not be delivered before 6pm so as not to get caught up in the checking in process. Your delivery driver will come to Reception and they will direct him to your Lodge.

Yes you may have a BBQ, but we do ask that you take care and use the racks supplied.

We supply a hook-and-cook on each deck which is big enough to take 2 small disposable bbq’s or one large.

BBQs are for sale in the shop.

Towels are provided, extra are available in the double bedrooms if you have a Premier lodge.

 

All of our holiday lodges are equipped with fridge freezers.

Ownership Questions

Yes, part-exchange packages are available regardless of your tourer’s age or condition. We can even offer part-exchange packages with an existing static caravan or lodge that is sited on another company’s holiday park.

Absolutely! Our stunning new facilities will be accessible to the friends and family of all members of our ownership community. This includes free access to our on-site heated indoor swimming pool, state of the art gymnasium, steam room and also the sauna.

However, both owners and their friends / family members will need to pay for any spa treatments taken advantage of or Go Active activities booked. You will also be expected to pay for any food and/or beverages consumed from our Bistro.

No, we are a non-residential holiday resort.
