Yes, Piran Meadows is pet-friendly for both owners and holiday guests.

All holiday guests must ensure they have included a pet on their booking.

XL Bullys are welcome to our resorts as long as owners follow the government rules. They must have a muzzle and lead on at all times when outside, this includes on patios and decking areas of the lodge.

There is an allocated parking space very close to each caravan and lodge. If you have more than 1 car there are a number of visitor parking spaces around the park or you can park in the main reception car park.

The resort is open all year round for holiday guests.

We operate a 11 month season for our owners, as we are a non-residential holiday resort.

Beautiful Porth Beach is just over 5 miles away from the resort.

But we kindly ask that you use the BBQ rack provided to avoid any damage.

Yes, all our facilities are open to the public at certain times of the year. Please note we are closed to locals in the summer period (mid July-September).

We allow individual and family memberships for when we are open:

  • £25 individual
  • £50 family (2 adults and 2 children, with additional children at £8 per month)

Please follow the same strict rules you would outside the park. We strongly advise that, for your protection, if you or any member of your family or guests use or ride bicycles, skateboards, scooters or heelies; please wear helmets and reflective clothing.

We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure the park can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike.

We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non pet unit without the prior permission of the Park Manager. (This can be achieved by including your pet on your booking form to ensure you are allocated a pet-friendly unit).

  • Where allowed, all pets must at all times be kept under proper control and must not enter any facility building. (excluding guide dogs)
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (unless in the dedicated dog areas) and prevented from fouling.
  • All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.
  • In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero as well as any other breed at the Park Manager’s discretion.

We have a park warden 5 nights a week (Thursday-Monday) and our barrier is controlled by fobs  which are on your accommodation keys.

Tuesday/Wednesday covered by emergency out of hours team from 10pm.

Unfortunately we don’t at the moment. Please ask at reception to find out where the closest ones are.

No, the distribution of power to the units cannot sustain prolonged high usage.

Holiday Questions

Check-ins are available from 16:00.

If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01726 860415 to let them know.

Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.

Yes, one towel per person is provided in your lodge.

 

All our holiday homes have a good-sized fridge and freezer.

There isn’t one on the resort, but you’ll find one just a short drive away in Newquay. Our friendly staff will be happy to offer directions.

Yes, part-exchange packages are available regardless of your tourer’s age or condition. We can even offer part-exchange packages with an existing static caravan or lodge that is sited on another company’s holiday park.
