General Questions

Each lodge has a parking bay next to, or very close by it.

Please follow the same strict rules you would outside the park. We strongly advise that, for your protection, if you or any member of your family or guests use or ride bicycles, skateboards, scooters or heelies; please wear helmets and reflective clothing.

There’s a Tesco express just a mile and a half away and a larger superstore in Ryde.

The nearest pub is The Sloop which is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The Lakeside Hotel restaurant is opposite the Sloop Pub.

There’s no need, all our lodges have a washer/dryer in the kitchen.

Woodside Coastal Retreat is the ideal base from which all of the Isle of Wight can be explored. Find more information on local attractions here.

Holiday Break Questions

One towel per person is provided to all holiday guests.

Of course, four legged friends are welcome in a number of our accommodations.

If you let us know, we’ll endeavour to have your lodge ready as early as possible, though we can’t guarantee a check in before 5pm.

In order to use a BBQ, a BBQ bracket must be hired from reception and fitted by our team. Disposable BBQ packs are also available to buy. Please ask at reception for more information.

All our lodge holiday homes have a full-sized fridge and freezer for our guests to use whilst on their holiday break.

Check in at Woodside Coastal Retreat is 5pm and check out is 9am. If you’re arriving late, it’s no problem – just give our team a call on 01983 884 582 to discuss your arrival.

Resort Questions

We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure the park can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike.

We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non pet unit without the prior permission of the Park Manager. (This can be achieved by including your pet on your booking form to ensure you are allocated a pet-friendly unit).

a. Where allowed, all pets must at all times be kept under proper control and must not enter any facility building. (excluding guide dogs)

b. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (unless in the dedicated dog areas) and prevented from fouling.

c. All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.

d. In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero as well as any other breed at the Park Manager’s discretion.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Our resorts in England and Wales are open. Please note, the opening times for all facilities and bistros/restaurants are subject to change throughout the 2021 season. All visitors and guests are asked to follow all government advice relating to Covid-19 whilst at our resorts.
