Darwin Escapes is a collection of holiday retreats and resorts based in the UK.
We have something for everyone across the UK, from southern coast of Cornwall to the glorious countryside of the Lake District. Enjoy stunning holiday resorts, beautiful holiday home ownership destinations and breathtaking golf courses.
All of our destinations have a collective ethos, of making sure that you love your escape, and we wouldn’t be able to do this if the quality of our resorts wasn’t up to scratch.

We welcome everyone! We have something for all ages. We’re popular with families, couples and groups of friends. Our resorts typically have facilities and/or entertainment, whereas our retreats are geared up for more of a peaceful escape.
All of our holidays can be booked via our booking partner Hoseasons. You can search for your holiday direct on the Darwin Escapes website to be transferred to Hoseasons for your final booking details or book with Hoseasons on their website directly.

Please be aware, we don’t knowingly allow any guest to use or visit our parks who: (a) has an unspent criminal conviction; (b) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders’ register); (c) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder, or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (d) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (e) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If you don’t disclose this information about yourself or any other member of your party, and it later becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking and we will ask you and the other members of your party to leave the park and no refund will be due to you.
No, each of our destinations are unique, that means we can offer a wide range of facilities and accommodation, we really do have something for everyone! We don’t do one size fits all, we know our locations are the perfect place for your to create your holiday in the UK, your way.

We have holiday home ownership available at a number of our destinations! For more information about our ownership resorts, please visit our holiday home ownership page.
Yes, all our resorts are pet friendly to both owners and holiday guests.
If you are a holiday guests, please ensure you have included your pet on your booking.
We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure our resorts can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike. We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non-pet unit without the prior permission of the General Manager. (Please add your pet onto your booking form so you are allocated the correct unit).
- Where allowed, all pets must be kept on a lead at all times.
- All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.
- In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero as well as any other breed at the General Manager’s discretion.
- XL Bullys are welcome to our resorts as long as owners follow the government rules. They must have a muzzle and lead on at all times when outside, this includes on patios and decking areas of the lodge.

We have a strong corporate social responsibility here at Darwin Escapes and we keep both the natural habitat around our resorts and the environment top of mind at each of our locations. This includes during construction, renovation and during the everyday operations of our destinations.

Even within categories that are ‘pet-friendly’ some lodges remain pet-free, so if availability disappears when you add a pet, it means that all the pet-friendly versions are booked up for your dates
