Do you have a question about New Pines Holiday Home Park that needs answering? You can find a selection of answers to the most frequently asked questions below.
Please follow the same strict rules you would outside the park. We strongly advise that, for your protection, if you or any member of your family or guests use or ride bicycles, skateboards, scooters or heelies; please wear helmets and reflective clothing.
Of course, the park is set over 24 acres – there’s a spot perfect for you and your new holiday home.

We are only a 10 minute drive in the car from the shops and promenade of Rhyl.

Holiday home owners at New Pines are able to use their holiday homes for over 10 months of the year from the 1st March to 10th January. A full entertainment and activity programme is available for the whole season too. Our main reception and sales office is open 12 months of the year, should you wish to contact us whilst the park is closed.
With a dog exercising field, free poop scoops at reception and many dog-friendly beaches just a short drive away, New Pines is the ideal holiday park for dog owners.
To maintain the beauty of the park, we request cars are not parked on the grass next to the caravans, but there are plenty of parking bays just a few steps away from each plot.
The park is accessed by card activated gates. We also have security guards on duty 24 hours a day plus CCTV, all for your peace of mind.
There are a few costs to pay throughout the year, including utilities. The running of your holiday home may cost less than you think, please contact us for more information.
Each day we have a duty manager available, as well as our experienced customer care department to deal with all your needs; whether it is sales, account queries, maintenance, tourist information etc.
Peak season (1st March – 31st October) the sales office is open 9:30 to 6:30pm – off peak/winter opening hours vary. If you require an evening appointment, it’s no problem – please contact our team on 01745 858010 to arrange a time.
Site fees cover the maintenance of the park and gardens as well and include full use of all the facilities – tropically heated swimming pool with sauna, steam room and gymnasium, bar, restaurant, entertainment, activity programme, WiFi and 24 hour security.
You may have as many as 12 family and close friend member passes to use your holiday home and for especially large families we can extend this – this will give them access to the park and all the 5 star facilities, at no extra cost.
We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure the park can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike.
We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non pet unit without the prior permission of the Park Manager. (This can be achieved by including your pet on your booking form to ensure you are allocated a pet-friendly unit).
a. Where allowed, all pets must at all times be kept under proper control and must not enter any facility building. (excluding guide dogs)
b. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (unless in the dedicated dog areas) and prevented from fouling.
c. All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.
d. In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero as well as any other breed at the Park Manager’s discretion.
